Yes, you can try us for free for 1 days. When you are ready we can book a 15-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Upon enrolling in the subscription plan, a 24-hour free trial service will be available, and your card will be charged afterwards. You can pause or cancel anytime by logging into user account.
By logging into the user portal you will be able to pause or cancel account through secure link provided by Stripe.
Once you subscribe, you will receive link to Trello board (project management tool) that will have all the explanations. If you don't have Trello account, you can easily sign up to free account to use it.
We recognize that you may not always have a constant stream of design projects throughout the month. If you find yourself with just one or two design requests, our subscription service is still a great fit. We offer the option to pause your subscription.
Our billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. For example, if you subscribe and use our service for 21 days and then choose to pause your subscription, your billing cycle will be temporarily halted. You'll have 10 remaining days of service credit that you can use at your convenience in the future.
Typically, we wrap up most requests within two days or even sooner. However, if your request is more intricate, it may require a bit more time.
Don't stress! We'll keep fine-tuning the design until it's exactly what you want.
